Track Your ADHD
A downloadable worksheets
Needing a diagnosis but unable to describe my symptoms due to memory or language issues at any given time, I started looking for a way to keep track for myself. Even if I never get a diagnosis, with this I can look at what my symptoms are on any given day and work with my therapist to attempt to build new skills and coping mechanisms to help with my everyday life.
I plan on eventually figuring out an app that will help track these things, but for now what I have is worksheets. I hope they come in handy to you too! If you have any suggestions for what to add to the bundle, let me know. Currently I have full page and half page worksheets, all in black and white (color at your leisure!) in one PDF or in separate pages.
Half sheets are arranged for double-sided printing on one page, single pages, and all pages in one PDF. Full sheets are available as single pages or all in a single PDF.
You will see two types of monthly bundle trackers: Bundled and Arranged. Bundled has all sheets of each type bundled together, and Arranged has it arranged so that there is the monthly sheet on top, then between each week's worth of medication tracking is an ADHD symptom tracker for the week. If you have a duplex printer, there are also booklet options available. All printing options are available with and without a cover.
These are and will be in one zip file with folders, and the zip file will be updated as necessary with anything new. All updates will be free!
